Production process
Digital illustration
Our bespoke digital process begins with our creative team collaborating with a design consultant to create a digital illustration of the custom project. This illustration is then shared with the customer for approval before being sent to the production team.
Pattern Making
The design consultant uses digital illustrations, supporting text, and images to communicate every detail of the custom project to the production team.
Fabrication/Leather making
When a custom product requires leather, our production team will place an order for the leather, which usually takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. If the garment is made of fabric, our team sources the material from our trusted vendors.
Cutting & construction
Upon arrival at our production facility, the fabric or leather undergoes cutting and stitching processes.
Embroidery, printing & accessories
If a custom project involves embroidery, printing, or any 3D-printed accessory, it is sent to the respective department after stitching is completed.
Finishing & QC
After the final product is ready, it undergoes a meticulous quality control inspection from every angle to ensure perfection.
FINAL INSPECTION & QUALITY CHECK
1. We conduct a range of inspections to ensure the product will maintain your expectations for a much longer period of time. To achieve quality standards, our inspection team checks the rest of things prior to shipping.
2. Once everything's good, our team gives a final look before sending the jacket to the packaging department to make sure it fits the purpose.
3. We wrap all of our products in special bags for leather jackets to avoid freight damages.
